The story of NBR Group began in 1998 with Mr. N. Nagabushana Reddy. The Group began its journey with a vision to bring a new perspective to the way people view residential development.
Initially, plot development was the main focus of NBR Group. Providing well-planned, accessible and secure residential land to homebuyers who wanted to build their future homes was the focus of this effort.
As time changed, the expectations of homebuyers also started changing. Just a plot or property is not enough; the surrounding planning, infrastructure, connectivity, green spaces and community environment also became a part of the value of a house.

A Journey — From Plots to Modern Communities
The growth of a real estate brand cannot be understood by its list of projects alone. The real story of that journey is how people’s dreams of home have changed over time, and how residential development has transformed accordingly.
NBR Group’s journey began in 1998 with planned residential opportunities and has expanded to plotted developments, gated communities and premium apartment living.
1998 — The Beginning
NBR Group began its real estate journey with Mr. N. Nagabushana Reddy.
The initial mission was simple — to create planned, accessible and well-organised residential opportunities that would enable people to build their future homes.
That vision would underpin the Group’s development journey in the years to come.
2010 — NBR Meadows
Developed on Hosur–Alasanatham Road, NBR Meadows became one of the flagship plotted residential developments of NBR Group.
Combining villa plots, planned layout and residential infrastructure, the development provided a community-oriented setting for homebuyers who wanted to build their own homes.
As per the brochure, the project had 655 HNTDA-approved villa plots spread over 35 acres.
2010 — NBR Lake View
Developed at a location close to Electronic City Phase II, NBR Lake View gave a new direction to the Group’s residential journey.
It was one of the first steps in the NBR Group’s move towards apartment-based living with the experience of plotted development.
2011 — NBR Green Valley
NBR Green Valley, located in the Hosur–Bagalur corridor, combined gated-community planning and infrastructure with plotted development.
It is recognized as a large-scale gated community township project in the current project portfolio of NBR Group.
It showed the Group’s evolution towards a community experience that goes beyond just the layout of plots.
2011 — NBR Golden Valley
Developed in the Bagalur–Hosur Road region, NBR Golden Valley is another addition to the NBR Group’s plotted development portfolio by providing residential plots in a planned residential environment.
2015 — NBR Trifecta
Developed in the Sarjapur–Bagalur Road belt, NBR Trifecta is another important milestone in the Group’s planned development journey.
As per the current NBR project listing, it is a 60-acre residential plotted development with 679 plots.
2018 — NBR Hills View
NBR Hills View, located near the foothills of Nandi Hills, was conceived with the idea of a residential retreat with more natural surroundings.
As per the current project listing, it is a 25-acre gated villa plot development.
Here, a vision that pays more attention to the relationship between nature and residential living can be seen.
2025–2026 — A New Residential Chapter
The expectations of homebuyers today are not what they used to be.
A home is not just four walls. Lifestyle, open spaces, nature, community, architecture and everyday comfort are also part of it.
In line with these changing expectations, NBR Group has expanded its focus towards premium vertical living, sustainability and nature-led residential communities.
